Carolien and husband Kristoffel

Carolien Krijnen, BBA, born in Antwerp, is an experienced marketeer. She's active in several fields; Advertising, Event Organisation, Market research, ...

As freelancer she likes to help you in realizing your projects.

In her spare time she loves Antwerp, fashion, culture, wining and dining, events and having fun.
As a passionate city guide, she wants to share her love for Antwerp with everyone.

 

 

 

Carolien participated in a TV show on VTM called 'Op 't Verkeerde Been', a candid camera program where she had to make 2 of her best friends, Joke and Judy, believe she was leading a double life as a professional secret agent.

 

 

 

That first TV experience led to another and Carolien participated in the first Belgian edition of 'the Apprentice'.

That show was broadcasted on the commercial channel VT4..

 

 

When Sotheby's organised an auction in the forum of the Antwerp Fashion Museum, Carolien bought a beautiful evening gown created by renowned designer Edouard Vermeulen.

 Edouard Vermeulen (Natan Fashion) created the dress from old pieces of clothing he selected at Spullenhulp (cfr. Salvation Army). for the event "Second Hand, Second Life". The proceedings of the auction served a good cause.

 


A national newspaper, De Morgen, published an article on "Second Hand Second Life" in it's weekend Magazine . Four people, including Carolien, who bought an item at the auction were photographed and interviewed.
